Our Approach

Classes are dynamic, focusing on core strength, cardio, toning, and flexibility through a diverse range of activities such as Boxing, Kick Boxing, Free Weights, Kettlebells, Swiss balls, Resistance Training, and Circuits.

Located in Blackburn South, we offer training in parks and sporting grounds, as well as at a dedicated area studio.

Whether training alone or in a group, our program accommodates your preferences, including the option for our trainer to come to you.

Prior to your first session, a fitness assessment will gauge progress and set goals for your fitness journey. Regular attendance at Defy Limits Training sessions, coupled with our personalised exercise program, ensures optimal results and facilitates a sustainable exercise routine for a healthier lifestyle.

“I wanted to continue with my training after I fell pregnant with my third child. Laurie knew exactly what I was able to do throughout the different stages of my pregnancy, and modified my exercises during the sessions.
But what was great was that I still felt part of the group, and wasn’t just forgotten because I had specific restrictions. He spent as much time with me as every other person. His knowledge of what would and would not be good for my body and the baby was exceptional. As with my first two children, I would occasionally have pregnancy-related joint or muscle pain, and was able to talk with Laurie about these and he gave me stretches and exercises to help me.
