That’s why we’re proud to support The Push-Up Challenge, an initiative that raises awareness for mental health through movement. Over 24 days, participants complete 3,249 push-ups, each one representing a life lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent year of data.

This challenge aligns perfectly with our mission: to empower individuals to push beyond perceived limits—physically, mentally and emotionally.
